100
gün projesi için
100 gün boyunca kendi yaptığım şablonlar ile çalışmaya karar verdim. Her gün 15

For
100
day project I decided to work with my handmade stencils for 100 days,
reserving 15 minutes everyday. I must confess nowadays it is hard to reserve the time. So i worked in small bits here and there.
Here is part 4. The stencils in this set are mostly cut with scissors out of paper or cardboard. For longer use i have to paint a protective layer on them.

Do you cut your own stencils? What kind of methods do you use?
Bu şablon sahip olduğum iki ticari şablondan biri. Her iki şablon da Julie Fei Fan Balzer tarafından tasarlandı. Ben Julie'nin blogunda yaptığı bir çekilişte o şablonları kazandım.

This is one of the two commercial stencils i own. Both stencils were designed by Julie Fei Fan Balzer. And i won them in a giveaway she held on her blog.
These are wonderful! I make my own stencils with poster board or tag paper. After I use them if they get alot of paint on them, I press them between wax paper with books on top. I still haven't used my glue gun tree stencils yet. I also use sponges to apply the paint on the stencils when using acrylic.

Interesting methods you have mentioned.I still want to master the art of glue gun stencils :) Thank you for visiting Susan :)
SilGreat pattens made with your self made stencils. I cannot do them.
YanıtlaSilHappy PPF ♥
Thank you Sirkkis :)
SilWonderful patterns, Ozge!
YanıtlaSilI have not tried my hand at stencils, but you inspire me to try!
Thank you Chris :)I enjoy cutting improvised stencils with scissors.
SilYou did a lot this week, thanks for sharing

much love...
Hello Gillena. I sometimes fall behind on blogging and post two weeks of works altogether :) Thank you for visiting.
SilThese are all incredible, Ozge. I simply adore them all. I've never made a stencil, and that is why I am so interested in yours. My problem is, they are not intuitive to me. I really like several of them and wish I had the cardboard to create some of my own. Keep up the inspiration, please.
YanıtlaSilHello Elizabeth. I think the idea is to experiment with stencils. I may not use a lot of them in the end. But one idea leads to another. And let's accept sometimes i do not have the time to think a page in detail, all i want to do is make art even for a few minutes. 100 days project does that. But i have seen very successful people who turn the 100 day work into more solid pieces.
SilReally wonderful designs.
YanıtlaSilThank you Nicole :)
SilThere are some great designs here. Congrats on keeping up with the challenge. Must be hard sometimes. I have been wanting to make my own stencils but somehow I haven't started yet.... I have a lot of ideas though, but am still wondering about which materials to use ...
YanıtlaSilHello Denthe, i would suggest starting with just scrap paper. If you like an idea you can always cut it in a more durable medium like acetate/ plastic film etc. Thank you for visiting.
SilThese are wonderful... Such a great variety...wonderful colours too!! Love the turquoise face on the magenta background!!Well done!!

Hello Giggles. Thank you for visiting. The turquiose face is actually a stencil by Julie Fei Fan Balzer.I won this and another one of her stencils in a giveaway on her blog.I forgot to mention it in the post last week.
SilWow, 100 days of stencils is super impressive! I'm trying to do 100 days of flowers but haven't got very far because I just had a baby, so most of my days (and nights) are spent holding her. :)
YanıtlaSilHello Borwn Paper Bunny, thank you for visiting. A baby makes the greatest of excuses for not keeping up with art challenges :)I hope you are doing well. I follow your blog and your flowers, too. Happy PPF :)
